At Mavreck Wheels, we aim to ensure you receive your order promptly. Typically, your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered within 2-14 business days. While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that weather and courier delays are beyond our control.

Mavreck Wheels is located in Ontario. We ship from numerous warehouses located across Canada. When a customer places an order, our team ensures that we ship the order from a warehouse nearest to the customer to ensure the best delivery time possible!

MOUNTED AND BALANCED PACKAGES

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

All orders will be promptly submitted to one of our numerous warehouses and will undergo a secondary fitment check. Should any issues arise, customers will be notified within 2-5 business days of placing the order. Tracking information will be provided to customers as soon as the shipment departs from the warehouse.

SHIPPING ADDRESS OPTIONS

Packages can be sent to your billing address or an alternate address. If you have an account with us, you can easily select an address from your account by signing in during the checkout process.

Please note that we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If your order includes gifts or items that need to be shipped to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS 

If a shipment of wheels or tires is refused upon delivery, it will be returned to the original shipping facility. Any charges incurred will be deducted from the client’s refund unless an exception is granted by a member of Mavreckwheels.ca management.

Return / Exchange

MavreckWheels.ca aims for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your products, please email mavreckrims@gmail.com. Our expert team will assist you in finding a solution.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, email mavreckrims@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, including images and your order number. Claims made after 24 hours may not guarantee a replacement, and those after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Note: Once items are mounted or used, they are considered accepted and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returning New Products

MavreckWheels.ca wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You can return any brand-new product with original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

A return shipping fee of $40 + tax per item applies unless stated otherwise.

This does not apply to parts orders or customers in Yukon, Nunavut, or NWT. Contact the returns team for a shipping quote.

Fitment Issues

Always test-fit your wheels on both the front and rear of your vehicle before mounting tires to ensure any fitment issues can be addressed. Once tires are mounted, returns will not be accepted. If you encounter a fitment problem, take pictures of the issue before requesting a return. Mavreck Wheels does not cover any labour costs incurred. In cases of fitment errors, Mavreck Wheels may request your vehicle’s VIN number to verify the information provided in your order.
