How do I place an order with Mavreck Wheels?
We only accept orders through our online website. For security reasons, we do not take orders over the phone or by email; all purchases must be made through our website. However, we are always available to assist you by phone or email with placing a new order.

Where does Mavreck Wheels ship to?
CANADA, Mavreck Wheels serves all of Canada. If we are unable to ship the product to your final destination for any reason, a representative will reach out to you within 1-3 business days to provide an explanation and discuss options to either proceed or cancel your order.
Can I use my PO Box for a Mavreck Wheels order?
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Since our shipments require a signature upon delivery, couriers cannot deliver large items like wheels, tires, and auto parts to a PO Box. Please provide a civic address as your shipping address to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
Do these products come with a warranty?
All products sold on Mavreck Wheels come with the warranties provided by their respective brand name manufacturers. Although these warranties are managed directly by the manufacturers, we can assist you by submitting a warranty claim on your behalf. For any warranty claims, please contact mavreckrims@gmail.com with your order ID, the reason for your claim, photo evidence, and any other relevant documentation. If your information is complete, we will file your claim. If additional information is needed, our returns team will reach out to you within three business days.
Please note that while we have strong relationships with all manufacturers and will facilitate the warranty process, the final decisions are made by the manufacturers. We also ask for your patience as each manufacturer operates on a different timeline.
What is the installation process on my wheels?
Once you receive your wheels, perform a dry test fit before installing them. This means checking the clearance of the wheels on your vehicle before mounting the tires. When doing this, please follow these guidelines:
1. DO NOT mount tires to the wheels until you have confirmed brake, body, and tie rod clearance in both the front and rear of your vehicle.
2. If you encounter any fitment issues, take a picture of the product, return it to its original box, and contact mavreckwheels@gmail.com with your order ID, photo evidence, and any other relevant documentation.
3. DO ensure your hubs are free of salt, rust, or debris, as these can interfere with the wheel fitting properly over your hub.
4. REMIND YOUR SHOP: If fitment issues arise after tires have been mounted to the wheels, these items are no longer considered brand new according to our policy. In such cases, our returns department may apply shipping and restocking fees or refuse the return entirely.
How do I know that these products will fit my vehicle?
The best way to find compatible wheels, tires, packages, and auto parts for your vehicle is to use our “Search by Vehicle” option. All necessary information for wheel fitments (PCD, Offset, Bore, Color), tire fitments (Size, Type), and auto parts is detailed in the product description of each item.
For Wheels: If you are purchasing wheels only, ensure your current tires will fit the new wheels.
For Tires: If you are buying tires only, the most effective method is to “Search by Size.” If you are unsure of your current size, check the specifications of your existing front and rear tires.
All prices are for 1 wheel or tire (4 wheels = 1 set)
